Are you open to new ideas, are you communicative and do you enjoy office organization? Then we cordially invite you to become part of our dedicated SOPAGO team! We are looking for an all-rounder (f/m/d) for office management at our Marburg location with immediate effect

Your tasks

  • The linchpin for our management and our employees
  • General office organization (logistics, purchasing, etc.)
  • Interface to the tax consultants: preparation of payroll and financial accounting
  • Financial accounting: Entry of incoming/outgoing invoices, bank transfers in coordination with the managing director, support with the creation of invoices in SAP
  • Human resources: Recruiting process, contract creation, on/offboarding, etc.
  • Contract management: Coordination of contracts for telephone, mobile, rent, company vehicles, insurances
  • Travel expense accounting
  • Organization of company events
  • As a valuable part of our team, you will contribute innovative ideas and actively participate in the further development of our company.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed commercial training and/or an academic education.
  • With your service orientation and structured approach, you have already gained professional experience in a comparable position.
  • You also have some experience in personnel management and accounting.
  • Managing daily processes via Outlook and Teams, creating presentations with PowerPoint or developing tables in Excel are no challenge for you, as you are very familiar with these programs.
  • Your communication skills in German (and ideally English), both written and spoken, are excellent and appreciative.
  • You are characterized by conscientiousness, trustworthiness and loyalty.
  • You work effectively in a dynamic team environment and contribute innovative ideas.
  • You have initial experience with SAP systems (e.g. purchasing, finance, sales)
  • A strong interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a plus, as our mission is based on shaping a sustainable future.
